“Personally, I don’t like places that are noisy. If you live in certain places in Lagos, everybody would know your movement. I don’t like such places. I try to keep my life private. I don’t want people to know where my children school or any other private information about me. But my husband works in Surulere and he loves the area a lot. I don’t like the area. We have a family house there, so he stays there on weekdays and during the weekend, he comes home to meet me at Abule-Egba. I have been in that area for a very long time and it is very quiet. That is why we live separately.

Police have arrested five people after the discovery of drugs with an estimated street value of about £25 million - most of it at a flat.
The drugs, believed to be mephadrone and amphetamine, were found within a ground floor flat in Liverpool yesterday.
Detectives from ‘Titan’, the north-west’s regional organised crime unit, had gone to the flat after a discovery of drugs earlier in the day at a tyre fitting centre in Huyton.

Merseyside Police patrols had followed a Ford Fiesta car and its occupant left the vehicle and went into a tyre fitting yard on an industrial unit.
Officers detained three men inside and recovered a quantity of suspected drugs, reports the Liverpool Echo .

Another man was arrested close by and a fifth man was later arrested in the Kirkdale area. Further suspected drugs were found in the Ford Fiesta.
Some of the suspected drugs were also hidden within a tyre that was in the process of being refitted to a wheel rim.

Category four hurricane approaches US

The United States East Coast is on edge.
Hurricane Joaquin is the reason why. On Thursday, it lashed the Bahamas as a Category 4 storm with 130 mph winds. It’s what is expected to come next that has the United States worried: a stronger storm and a sharp turn north.
That’s why officials from South Carolina to New England have issued dire warnings to residents urging them to be ready. A lot could still happen with Joaquin; but one thing they don’t want to happen is another Superstorm Sandy — a strong, October hurricane that hit the Caribbean before pounding the Northeast.
“We don’t know for sure where the hurricane is going to go,” Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf said. “But we have no ground, at all, for complacency.”
The good news: If current projections hold, Joaquin won’t be another Sandy.
