ny red carpet that features Angie is a red carpet we'll have our eyes on, and last night's Maleficent world premiere was no exception. At the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, Jolie and co-star Elle Fanning were each visions in their own right: Angie sporting a strapless, leather Versace gown that was reminiscent of her earlier red carpet years, and Fanning in an age (and character) appropriate Elie Saab lace off-the-shoulder number.
Mr. Angelina Jolie, meanwhile, also looked rather magnificent at the Maleficentpremiere. Brad Pitt attended on the arm of his lovely wife, looking equally villain-chic, dressed in head-to-toe Gucci.
Pitt experienced a little drama of his own during the evening. According to Us Weekly, while Brad was signing autographs, a man—the same one who crawled under America Ferrera's skirt at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this month—jumped the barrier and rushed at Pitt, punching him in the face. He was restrained by bodyguards before being taken by police and arrested.
Despite the excitement, two of Hollywood's favorite lovebirds look like they still managed to have a good time:
