R&B singer De Rico, real name Devin Copeland, and his songwriting partner Mareio Overton have sued for two Popular hip pop musicians Justin Bieber and Usher over claim that three versions of Somebody To Love recorded by Bieber, Usher or both share the beat pattern, time signature and similar chords and lyrics with their song with the same name.
The case which was revived by The Court of Appeal in Richmond,Virginia.Mareio Overton claimed that the three versions of “Somebody to love” share a lot more in common....
