Caitlyn Jenner will only be charged with a misdemeanor for her fatal crash.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was involved in the smash in February that left a 69-year-old widow dead and a report now claims investigators will determined that negligence was the cause.
According to TMZ , police have concluded that no alcohol or drugs were involved and Catilyn wasn't texting, talking or on the phone when the accident happened.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was driving a black Escalade when it crashed into a Lexus, which was pushed into oncoming traffic, killing its driver – Kim Howe.
A source told Radar Online: "It's unlikely Caitlyn will spend one day behind bars, because the maximum penalty for misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter is one year in jail. Caitlyn's driving record is essentially clean, and she has no prior criminal history."
