Stunning actress Sharon Stone has revealed all as she strips completely naked in a jaw-dropping new cover shoot for Harper's Bazaar .
The Basic Instinct star poses in a series of sultry shots, showing off her incredible figure and flawless complexion as she's snapped in black and white in each.
Speaking in the September issue of Harper's Bazaar , Sharon opened up about her devastating 2001 stroke and the long recovery she had to endure - admitting she now uses fillers instead of plastic surgery, having started shortly after the stroke caused damage to her face.
Sharon was in intensive care for nine days, and it took another two years to learn to walk and talk again - with her even suffering a stutter for long afterwards. more photos below
Eventually diagnosed with a ruptured vertebral artery, the actress said: "I was hemorrhaging so much that my brain had been pushed into the front of my face."
Surgeons eventually repaired the artery with 22 platinum coils.
"It took two years for my body just to absorb all the internal bleeding I had," she added. "It almost feels like my entire DNA changed. My brain isn't sitting where it used to, my body type changed, and even my food allergies are different."
But she admitted: "I became more emotionally intelligent. I chose to work very hard to open up other parts of my mind. Now I'm stronger. And I can be abrasively direct. That scares people, but I think that's not my problem."
