Caitlyn Jenner shows off red toe polish at gas station after filing papers to get legally declared a woman

She has just celebrated changing her name in a tearful and joyous ceremony.

And on Tuesday Caitlyn Jenner took the next step to formally becoming a woman, filing legal documents asking a judge to make a declaration stating the fact.

The 65-year-old, who filed the documents at L.A Superior County Court, also asked for a name change as well as a gender change.
